SMART RENTAL TERMS
These Terms of Service governs the manner in which ROED Smart Rental customers use the services of ROED from the http://roed.app website ("Site") and/or mobile application ("App"). This applies to the Site/App and all services offered by ROED.
Requirements

Must be 21 years old to book a rental.

Must have a valid drivers license.

Must book with a valid credit card or debit card.

Must book with all the required information.

Must book a minimum required 3 hour rental.

Should allow minimum 30 - 60 minutes for vehicle to arrive at your location.
FEES AND PAYMENT

We only accept digital payments.
LIMITATIONS AND LIABILITIES

Renters should not engage in any illegal activity using a ROED Rental.

Renters should not have any infants on board without the proper baby car seats.

Renters should not smoke in a ROED Rental car.

Renters should not book a car on behalf of another individual.

Renters should not tamper with any equipment in a ROED Rental car.

Renters should not attempt to fix any mechanical issues with a ROED Rental car.
Regulations

Renters must return a ROED Rental car with a full tank of petrol.

Renters must be the only individual driving a ROED Rental Car.

Renters must maintain a clean ROED Rental car.

Renters are responsible for any damages to a ROED Rental car.

Renters should inspect a ROED Rental car before driving.

Renters are responsible for stolen ROED Rental equipment.

ROED is not responsible for Renters lost or stolen items.
